Rose`s Bower Exclusive Hire - North East Escapes

Rose`s Bower is an ideal setting for bringing family and friends together, offering four properties within private grounds and plenty of space for both adults and children to enjoy. There are extensive outdoor areas for children to explore, while adults can unwind in the wooden Scandi hot tubs and take in the surrounding views.

The exclusive hire option sleeps up to 22 guests; it includes The Drum Barn, which sleeps 8, The Hayloft, which also sleeps 8, The Old Woodworker’s Cottage, which sleeps 8, and The Tree House, which can accommodate an additional 2 guests.

Well-behaved dogs are very welcome.

Accommodation:

The Drum Barn (8 guests)

Ground Floor:

The ground floor features a large, fully equipped kitchen and dining space with flexible seating for up to 20 guests. French doors open onto the patio and hot tub area, with direct access to the wider grounds, children`s play equipment and woodland.

There is also a substantial living area with plenty of comfortable seating, a wood burning stove, TV and views, along with French doors providing access outside.

First Floor:

Upstairs are four en suite bedrooms comprising 1 x Super King/Twin, 1 x King, 1 x Double, and 1 x King/Twin.

The Hayloft (8 guests)

The Hayloft has a large, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for eight guests.

Leading from the kitchen area is a shower room and a bedroom which can be arranged as either a super king or twin.

The hallway provides access to a further `Hayloft` bedroom with a double bed on the first floor. This room is reached via a steep staircase and has limited headroom, so it is only suitable for children or adults who are comfortable with this arrangement.

Another double bedroom is positioned off the hallway before the main living space. The living area includes sofas and TVs, with doors opening onto the grounds and the hot tub patio. A further shower room is also accessed from this living space.

A spiral staircase leads to the fourth bedroom, which has a king-size bed and freestanding bath.

The Old Woodworker’s Cottage (4 guests)

Ground Floor:

The Old Woodworker’s Cottage has a large, fully equipped kitchen with seating for four guests, together with a sofa and wood-burning stove. This leads into the living area, where there is comfortable seating, bookshelves and a TV.

From the living space, a rear hallway leads through to the courtyard garden and outdoor seating area.

First Floor:

The first floor has two en-suite bedrooms, both with super king beds that can be configured as twin beds.

The Tree House (2 guests)

The Tree House sleeps an additional two guests and is located a short stroll from the main cottages. The bedroom has a freestanding bath as well as an ensuite.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and a wraparound balcony.

The Big Barn at Rose`s Bower (40-80 guests)

The Big Barn at Rose`s Bower is a versatile event space overlooking the rolling Northumberland countryside, available for exclusive use for retreats, weddings, celebrations, workshops and private events.

The main event space can accommodate up to 40-80 people, making it ideal for yoga, meditation, fitness sessions, workshops and group activities. It also features private treatment rooms, an infrared sauna and two outdoor hot tubs, providing plenty of opportunities to relax and unwind.

Outside

Rose`s Bower sits within extensive grounds made up of large grassed areas, woodland and children`s play equipment, with views stretching across the Northumberland countryside.

There are also large BBQ and fire pit areas, with flexible seating available.
