Professionally managed by North East Escapes- TPerfectly positioned on Tynemouth’s bustling Front Street, Martineau House offers a perfect coastal escape for families and groups. This spacious four-bedroom townhouse blends comfort and style across four floors, providing plenty of room to relax after days spent exploring the beach, browsing local shops, or dining at nearby cafés and restaurants. Everything Tynemouth has to offer — from its historic priory to its golden sands — is just a short stroll away. THE PROPERTY BREAKDOWN
The property is situated across four floors.
Ground Floor:
