The Space:

The heart of the apartment is the spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining room, where exposed beams take centre stage. In fact, there are exposed beams in every room at The Rooftop Gallery. Whether you’re curling up with a good book or enjoying a quiet evening with a board game, the living space exudes warmth and relaxation.



The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Amenities include an oven, electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and dishwasher. Whether you’re whipping up a hearty breakfast or a home-cooked dinner, the kitchen has you covered.



The modern shower room is equipped with all the essentials, offering convenience and ease during your stay.



The cottage features two well-appointed bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while bedroom two houses a small double bed. With cosy bedding and a tranquil ambiance, these rooms offer the perfect retreat after a day of adventure.



Stay connected with free WiFi throughout the apartment. For your entertainment, there’s a 4K Smart TV, ideal for streaming your favourite shows or watching a movie together. The TV is designed to look like a painting when turned off and you can choose which artwork is displayed when the TV is in standby mode.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full apartment.



The keys to The Rooftop Gallery are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check-in.



A visitor’s parking permit is provided, allowing for free on-street parking nearby. Please note that there will be a fine if the parking permit is lost during your stay.



Due to The Rooftop Gallery’s position at the top of a Victorian building without a lift, the apartment may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

A number of bus routes operate in Jesmond offering access to Blyth, Cramlington, Newcastle city centre, North Shields, South Shields, Sunderland, Tynemouth and Whitley Bay.



Newcastle Airport is seven miles away from Jesmond by road. The Airport can also be accessed via the Tyne & Wear Metro.
