Bright living space with A/C, electric blinds & private balcony.
Master suite with TV, ensuite & walk-in robe, plus a second bathroom.
Conveniently located steps away from the light rail.
Guests also have access to the building's gym.
The Space:
Conveniently located, the apartment is just meters from the Newcastle Interchange, providing light rail access through the city to the East End and connections to trains heading north and south.
There is a convenience store & bottle shop at the end of Bishopsgate Street (side street to the building) as well as an Italian restaurant.
At the front of the property is a Yoga & Pilates studio where my guests enjoy a discount.
The Neighborhood:
Local convenience
While you are surrounded by bars, restaurants, cafes & shops, the closest convenience store/ bottleshop is Foodworks (7am-8pm) located next to the Coffee Club & Burger Joint facing the water at the end of Bishopgate Street.
Getting Around:
Transport
Newcastle Interchange light rail station is just steps away on station street. Boarding every 15-minutes, 5am - 1am, 7 days a week. Tap on & off with any credit or opal card.
Other Things to Note:
- Porta-cot available. Cot mattress protector & fitted sheet provided. 105cm (L) x 76cm (H) x 79cm (W)
- Parking height limit: 2.3 metres
- Hotel type servicing is not available during your stay allowing significant discounts to longer stays. Approx. 7 days worth of advertised consumables will be provided to long stays.
- This apartment has air-conditioning in the living room, and pedestal fans in the bedrooms.
