Just 90 minutes from Sydney, with a selection of pristine beaches all within a few minutes drive and with many to-do activities.

Only a few minutes walk and you are at Murray's Restaurant & Cafe for a morning coffee or lunch/dinner. You will also find within walking distance is the Murray's Beach communal pool. This pool is shared with other residents in Murray's Beach however guests have full access.

You will find that the fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all utensils and cookware that is needed to make your stay easy. Everyday kitchen basis's are provided for your convenience.

This home offers a open plan living & dining area with access to the outdoor deck & BBQ.

You will find a washing machine, dryer & ironing facilities in the Laundry.

Split system aircon in downstairs and upstairs living areas and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.

On the ground level you will find one bedroom with an ensuite and upstairs you will find another 2 bedrooms both with ensuites.

Upstairs there is also an additional living area space with comfy lounges & TV

Comfortably sleeping 6 people, this home is suitable for a small family or a couples retreat.

All 3 bathrooms have a welcome supply of soap, hand soap and toilet paper.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your convenience.

Important message for guests organising events.

We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday party celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.
