This location is about 20 minutes away from NYC. In addition to proximity to NYC, you will find that it's 8 minutes from Newark airport. In downtown Newark you can catch NJ Devils hockey games at the Prudential Center, attend an event at NJPAC, visit the Newark Museum, check out the amazing nightlife in neighboring cities Montclair, Elizabeth, Hoboken and in the Ironbound area of Newark. There is free on street parking. You will also find that we have free and fast wifi available for the unit.
The space
As mentioned from the title, you will find that this basement unit is cozy and super comfortable for up to 3 guests. There is a pool table to test your billiard skills. It comes with a TV set equipped with Fire TV where you can watch your favorite shows and movies. The unit is air conditioned for summertime and heated during the cold seasons. There is a comfortable queen bed and a sofa bed for an additional guest. An airbed is available upon request (must be requested at time of booking). Also, enjoy a bottle of wine, courtesy of the hosts.
Guest access
Guest can access unit from the main entrance and then access the door labeled "NEALMER". The door codes will be available at time of check-in.
