•Late check out fee is a full day rate or at host's discretion.
•Visitors are not allowed. Any undisclosed visitor will be counted as a guest and additional guest fee applies.
•Events & Parties: $30 per attendee per day.
•Washer/Dryer laundry service fee $1 per pound free pick up and delivery.
• Events "make sure to read House Rules, strict rules apply.
•Fireplace lighting fee $70. Lighting should be schedule 24 hours in advance.

Respect Our Hood: A quick favor, please don't knock on doors or bother our awesome neighbors.
Quick Damage Check: Give us a heads-up if you spot any damages upon arrival – it helps us keep things smooth for your damage deposit.
Chillin' Hours: We're all about good vibes, so outdoor gatherings and loud music kindly wrap up by 10pm, as per the city's rules.
Furry Friends: Bringing your furry sidekick? Awesome! Just ensure they're comfy in a crate when you're not around. And oh, a crate pic before you check in would be so appreciated!
Hangout a Bit Longer: If you need a late check-out, no worries! It comes with a full day's rate.
Inviting Friends: Friends are welcome, of course! Just loop us in before they show up. Visitors, they'll count as an extra guest with extra fees, $30 per guest per night.
Secrets Stay Secret: Keep the check-in instructions and booking details within your group. Sharing them outside the reservation might lead to cancellation – yikes!
Care for Linens: If towels or linens need some extra love, a $10 deduction per piece might come into play.
Trash Talk: For stays of 3 days or more, you're our garbage hero – take it to the curbside. Regular bags go out on MONDAY & THURSDAY night, while recyclables (think glass, aluminum, cardboard) chill in front of the garage. No mixing, please – fines could follow.
Kitchen Tales: Pop your goodies in the kitchen cabinets – we're pest-free and wanna keep it that way.
Fresh Air Zone: No smoking in or around the house, please. If any sneaky odors appear, there's a $500 cleaning fee.
Party on, Responsibly: If you're hosting an event, let's be considerate: no hangouts in front, no neighbor driveways blocked, and outdoor music wraps up by 10pm as per the city's rules.
