I would have given it a 5-star rating if the downstairs master bedroom’s vertical blinds aren’t missing some parts and the wooden boards on the stairs aren’t loose. More towels would have been nice, too. »

« I booked Luxury Condos Menlo Park through Hotels.com expecting a clean, comfortable, and professionally managed stay. Most notably, there was no running water when I arrived. I had to reach out to management just to understand what was going on, and there was no proactive communication about such a major problem.
