Cosy studio in the perfect location!

About this space
Lovely historical place in the safest area of Manhattan. It was built in 1900.
Central Park, Riverside Park are in walkable availability.

Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are few blocks away.
Three blocks to the express/local subway stations: 1,2,3. Only 8 minutes to Times Square.

It’s a micro-studio, but I have everything to make a short stay enjoyable and comfortable.
Also, the apartment is on the ground floor, so you might hear some street noise.

In winter there’s no control over heat.
The space
Separate entrance, fridge, freezer, french press, iron, hair dryer, printer, WiFi, speakers, kitchen, AC, coffee machine.

apartment is on the ground floor, so you might hear some street noise. In a warm season there is a window and removable AC, when the temperature reach out to 40 F we remove it and install Plexiglass window. So you have good day lights, and blackout curtains as well.
