With easy access to the subway, as well as a diverse array of shops and restaurants along 125th Street, everything you need is right at your doorstep.

Guests must be at least 25 to book or be accompanied by an adult 25 years of age or older. ID may be required prior to check in.

Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
Check in time is anytime after 4:00 PM and Check out time is by 10:00 AM. But we`d be happy to make exceptions for you where we can.

Early check ins will incur a $30 service charge per hour until 4 pm or scheduled check in time

Checkouts after 10 am will incur a fee of $30 per hour(Late check out)
Late Checkouts and early check ins are subject to apartment availability.

Please note that there will be a $100 late check out penalty fee for unauthorized late check out.

Luggage drop off allowed for a fee and is available only once approved and fees collected. Please inquire.

Note: For stays longer than 7 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning and laundering service is required. Choose between:

Turnover cleaning (basic refresh) for a discounted rate of $50
Full unit cleaning ( entire unit cleaned) for $100

This ensures your comfort and maintains the quality of the space during extended stays
