« We loved this property because we appreciate old towns. We liked the slow pace but with great options for nearby great food. House is as described however IGA is in Harrogate about 5 min away by car and the Dollar store is 6 to 7 min away. The hosts respond within min to text or questions which was wonderful. We will visit this property again. »

« We absolutely loved our girls weekend here! The house is beautiful and plenty of room for everyone. Secluded and right on the lake, we had everything we needed. Used Norris Landing Marina for our boat rental and ate at Jimmy’s place while there, everyone here is super friendly and we couldn’t get over how nice everyone is down here. Would definitely return! »

« Perfect for a trip fishing or RV get away. Norris Lake is huge. It has a small town feel. Jimmies has a nice neighborhood feel bar/restaurant, but only open during busy season. A stay here needs to be a focus on Norris Lake, it is a lakeside RV park with only 2 small cute cottages. Cell service is bad without paid wifi. The cottage sleeps 2 adults and a lot with full size bed but suggest kids as it is not walkable. I was down to check out area and real estate, so not making use of the...

« We had a relaxing stay! While the weekend got a little busy, we found that week days on the lake, and at the cabin were quiet and peaceful. We rented a boat from the Sugar Hollow Marina and were very pleased to discover how close by it was. The dock and the deck were wonderful places to hang out and enjoy the lake and the views. Thanks for sharing this special home. »

« We rented the house just to have a spot close to another property in the area. The house was exactly what we needed. There was on site laundry and a covered parking spot which was super helpful as it rained during our stay. »

« The cottage was wonderful, clean, and cozy. The owners went above and beyond to assist in any way and were super friendly and warm people. The view was awesome and being able to tie our pontoon boat to their dock was a great plus! Will definitely be returning in the future! »

« Nestled in a wooded cove very near the marina and all the lake action, this updated cabin is perfect for 2 adults. The sofa bed was functional and comfortable for young guests. No room for more than 2 to sit for meals however. Be prepared for a very windy road but quiet and seclusion await you at the end. All things considered, it was a very nice stay. »

« Tricky drive. Steep climb from dock to Lookout. To be fair, it looks like the high percentage of homes on Norris lake had steep climbs from dock to residence. I think it's called, vacation in the mountains! If I had one suggestion, it would be some kind of sun block for the deck in the evening. It faces the west and would be more pleasant with an awning or something. We loved our stay ! Steve and Kathy are great hosts. Such nice people. Norris lake is the prettiest lake I have ever been...

« We stayed for a long weekend during the Brandon Clay basketball tournament at the Norris Lake Sports Complex. This was perfect proximity to multiple restaurants and the tournament. Super clean and conveniently located within steps of the marina. »

« My family was super impressed with this home! It’s huge and offers plenty of space. Having two kitchens was a bonus with our large group. We had an issue with the air conditioning, but someone was sent out immediately and took care of it. They were so nice and helpful! I’d recommend having more bath linens in the bathrooms. Otherwise wonderful stay! We’d come back for sure! »
