Please be advised that Seascape Towers is currently undergoing garage construction, which will significantly impact parking availability. Only one vehicle per unit is permitted. Parking will be VERY limited between 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM while workers are onsite. After 3:00 PM, when workers leave, parking should return to normal. We appreciate your understanding and recommend planning your outings accordingly.

Come to paradise and treat yourself to breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and a relaxed, modern interior when you vacation in Seascape Towers 226. This beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation getaway offers 3 balconies to enjoy and a quiet peaceful place to retreat after days spent on the beach. From a spacious floor plan that accommodates 6 guests to a location steps from the pool and car-free beach, there's no better place to experience a New Smyrna Beach vacation than here!

Upon walking in, you'll find the blue ocean horizon greets you in the distance. The condo is arrayed in coastal hues and has lovely features such as a shiplap accent wall and wood vinyl flooring. Before you throw on a swimsuit and head to the beach, take the time to explore your home away from home.

For those that enjoy cooking at home, you will love the beautifully updated kitchen. This fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, white cabinetry, tile backsplash, and open shelving. You'll find that all your cooking essentials are provided including the double oven, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, and blender for tropical frozen drinks.

When you're ready to eat, you can grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar with seating for two or enjoy meals around the dining table with seating for six. You won't have to leave the condo for scenic dining as the ding room table looks onto the ocean horizon.

Flowing from the kitchen and dining area is the inviting ocean-view living room. From rattan accents to pops of blue, this space is easy on the eyes. Curl up on either of the armchairs or the grey chaise couch and enjoy your favorite shows on the 60" Smart TV. Cable, DVR, and streaming service apps are provided.

If you'd rather relax in the Florida sunshine, take your R&R to the second-floor balcony. The balcony overlooks the complex's sun deck, shuffleboard court, and beach access. With the ocean breeze blowing through your hair and the sunshine on your face, you'll find most of your time spent here!

At the end of the day, you and yours can retire to one of the three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, 44" Smart TV, and private access to the balcony. Nearby is a bathroom updated with a custom tiled shower with a moveable showerhead and a marble top vanity.

The second bedroom has a king bed and 44" Smart TV, and the third bedroom has a double bed. These spacious bedrooms have access to a shared balcony overlooking the pool area. A second full bath can be found in the hallway featuring subway tile, a standard bathtub, and a granite top vanity.

This condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, fans in every bedroom, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, cable TV, Bluetooth speaker, streaming service apps, a full-size washer and dryer, and 1 garage parking spot. Beach essentials include beach towels and a cooler. Winter Guests will enjoy social events and activities!

Seascape Towers is an ideal condominium for your Florida beach vacation because of its desirable location on the car-free beach section of New Smyrna Beach. The Seascape Towers offers fantastic amenities for you to enjoy during your stay. The pool area offers plenty of seating to relax in the Florida sun, a shaded picnic area, a hot tub, and a large swimming pool (heated seasonally). Additional amenities include a men's and woman's sauna, two shuffleboard courts, one oceanside and one indoors near the lounge and ping pong table, and an on-site car wash area. Enjoy a good bar-b-que? Two gas grills are available with a shaded picnic area. The Seascape Towers also features secured building entry and secured garage parking.

The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. It's a must-see!

Also within a short drive south is the Bethune parking featuring a fishing pier, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball court, and playground. JB's fish camp is nearby offering some of the best fresh seafood in town. Kayak rentals and paddleboard tours are also available at JB's.

Shopping and dining are a must while in New Smyrna Beach. One-of-a-kind restaurants and boutiques can be found within a short drive or bike ride on 3rd Avenue, Flagler Avenue, and Historic Canal Street.

Florida's sunny weather allows for year-round golf. Several golf courses can be found throughout the New Smyrna Beach area.

Very dirty, used toilet paper, no was clothes, couch you could feel the springs, furniture outside s

Terrible the worst unit I have ever rented. Not clean , used toilet tissue than no no toilet tissue in any of the bathrooms. Megan was totally unprofessional.very rude. Had to clean the hours just so we could live in it for a long long week. I was ready to go the second night. I have rented several times and by far the worst. No beach chairs. We left the place very clean I even washed out fridge bc that’s what I would do at home. I even stripped the bed and did all the towels.worst place I have ever stayed at I would compare it the a red roof or motel 6
