Great location but tired outdated condo

Location, Location, Location! Fabulous! Right on the beach, couldn't ask for a better location! HOWEVER, the apartment/condo was tired looking - very out dated & mold on the shower curtain. Plus, no one warned us about the construction going on in the building. It was incredibly noisey from 8:00 AM until 3:30 PM EVERY day. Very disappointing.
