This 900 sq. ft condo features:
- A luminous SITTING AREA that has floor-to-ceiling glass doors that give direct access to the patio. The space features plush sofas, a flat-screen TV with cable channels + Showtime, a coffee table, and end tables that create a super comfortable place to rest and recharge between activities.
- A PRIVATE OCEANFRONT BALCONY with a table and chairs for enjoying the sea breeze while eating, drinking, or just relaxing!
- A fully-equipped KITCHEN with quality appliances and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you'll need to prepare food at home. There's a dishwasher for easy clean-ups, a coffee maker for morning perk-ups, and a blender for afternoon mixers.
- A BREAKFAST BAR with 2 chairs in the kitchen for keeping the cook company, a quick snack, or it can be used as a comfy place to work on your laptop if needed.
- A modern DINING TABLE that can comfortably seat 4 guests.
- 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms to accommodate up to 4 guests as such:

The Oceania Beach Club is about 75 miles from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and 22 miles from Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) and is located in the Oceania Plaza Condo complex in New Smyrna. Here are some of the most visited/famous places in the area:

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. Please use the designated smoking area at the property if you must smoke. Also, the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will incur a $500 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- All guests MUST have a valid parking pass displayed and visible at ALL TIMES to prevent your car from being towed. Only ONE overnight pass is allowed per condo. We have no control over towing.
- Golf Cart Parking – Golf carts cannot be parked in a parking spot even if that is your only vehicle. Please park in the grassy lot across Buenos Aires.
- Front Desk Hours 9AM - 6PM Sunday-Thursday, 9AM - 9PM Friday & Saturday.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests must adhere to the building and pool rules as well.
