This 88-unit complex resides on the northern, driving section of New Smyrna Beach. In addition to its coveted location, all of Golden Arm's units are approximately 1,250 square feet and boast of full kitchens, large living areas, spacious bedrooms, half-moon balconies, and garage parking for your vehicle. Guests return year after year to enjoy the excellent on-site amenities which include direct beach access, a seasonally heated pool, shuffleboard courts, a putting green, and an on-site carwash.

Beautiful area and great condo for a fun family vacation

This condo was plan B for a vacation thrown together in 3 days and I’m so glad this is where we stayed. I can’t believe it was available on short notice. Excellent location to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, beach within steps, bicycle rental, and 7-11 for slurpees. Condo was clean, spacious, furnished with all the essentials we needed for kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and plenty of beach towels. Pool was warm, lots of space on the beach, and the balcony was a favorite hangout for my family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. My boys especially enjoyed watching all the vehicles driving on the beach. Sunrise view in the morning and sunset view in the evening from the other side. Laundry available just down the hall. We made most meals in the condo but went to Breakers for dinner, Beacon for breakfast (both delicious) and rented traditional bikes and e-bikes from Flaunt. The bikes in the garage are not for renters. We did beach and city riding, very friendly biking community. Day trips to Kennedy Space Center, Orlando Kart Center, and Airboat and Gator Charters in De Leon. Garage parking available, easy in and out of condo with keypads and wrist keys for pool/beach access. Some beach amenities in closet, a small cooler and pool noodles. There are beach chairs in the garage but not for renters use. There’s shuffleboard and a putting green on property, but no equipment for renters to use them, was sad to see them go unused for a whole week but we stayed busy doing all the other fun things around us. The things not available to us were not listed as amenities, everything was as described, just would have been awesome bonuses to experience. We would definitely stay here again and so happy our plan B vacation felt more like a plan A.
