Oceania 305, managed by Casago New Smyrna Beach. This recently updated condo at the Oceania Beach Club condo complex is without a doubt going to be one of the highlights of your vacation! With a cool color palette, beachy décor, premium finishings, and uber-comfortable furnishings, you'll leave this vacation feeling rejuvenated. The open floor plan gives you plenty of space to move around, and you'll be mesmerized by the stunning panoramic view of the ocean. ►A fully-equipped KITCHEN with quality appliances and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you'll need to prepare homemade dishes if you choose to eat at home. There's a dishwasher for easy clean-ups, a coffee maker for morning perk-ups, and a blender for afternoon mixers.
►A BREAKFAST BAR with 2 cushioned chairs in the kitchen for keeping the cook company, a quick snack, or it can be used as a comfy place to work on your laptop if needed.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance.
Guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. Please use the designated smoking area at the property if you must smoke. Also, the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will incur a $500 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- All guests MUST have a valid parking pass displayed and visible at ALL TIMES to prevent your car from being towed. Only ONE overnight pass is allowed per condo. We have no control over towing.
- Golf Cart Parking – Golf carts cannot be parked in a parking spot even if that is your only vehicle. Please park in the grassy lot across Buenos Aires.
- Front Desk Hours 9AM - 6PM Sunday-Thursday, 9AM - 9PM Friday & Saturday.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests must adhere to the building and pool rules as well.
