Everything you need in a true slice of heaven. Incredibly relaxing and 3 bedroom/3 bath condo located on the no drive beach of New Smyrna-provides all the comforts of home and then some. Combine that with being truly oceanfront means a holiday experience that can not be replicated anywhere. Condo was inspired to be a place to escape the real world. When you arrive you will simply exhale and immediately feel rejuvenated. Each morning watch the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean from the Master, Living Room or Balcony. Each evening watch the sunset over the intercoastal from the front balcony. This is the definition of luxury and paradise combined.

Perfect girls weekend with my 86 year old Mother, and family! The views were incredible, direct oceanfront, and it was very private. We loved walking the beach further south towards the Canaveral National Seashore during low tide. The condo was fully stocked, exceptionally clean and our hosts were very quick to respond when needed. We liked trying these area restaurants: JB's Fish Camp, Mi Mexico, & Boston Fish House! We will definitely be back!

This condo is all you see in the pictures and more, but it’s the little things that make it special. The furnishings are beautiful and all of the beds are comfortable and outfitted with soft linens. The condo has been nicely renovated and three bathrooms were super helpful for a family of 6. Shannon and her husband provide beach chairs and beach towels and all of the bathrooms were stocked with sundries to make our stay comfortable. The location is quiet and wonderful and it’s nice that the complex is relatively small and not overcrowded. Shannon was very responsive and kind and we felt more like guests in her home than renters. It was delightful all the way around and we hope to be back!!!

Perfect escape

This property far exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean and well-stocked. Location was perfect and quiet for a nice Easter weekend with my sisters. Communication with the owners was seamless, responding to our every question in a timely manner. We couldn't ask for anything more. Will definitely reconsider booking in the future.

Amazing Oceanfront Condo

I hope that everyone gets to enjoy this condo as much as our family of 6 did. It is direct ocean front, 3rd floor, with a view of the pool as well. The owners have thought of everything and provided so much to help make our stay amazing. We did not want to leave. This is our top pick for a NSB stay.

Love this unit. From the area it is in to the beauty of the condo we love this unit. Close to the Canaveral National Seashore (which never seems busy), Across from a park where you can see dolphins and occasionally manatees. Short drive to great restaurants and Flager Ave. The Unit is well stocked and comfortable.

Beautiful, roomy unit

The unit was as advertised. Big, beautiful, awesome view from the balcony. Well stocked with everything we needed and then some. The neighborhood was great. There wasn’t much around within walking distance. But we expected that. The only two issues we encountered were a request by the homeowner to let a refrigerator repairman come into the unit to repair the ice maker. It was fixed. The other problem was with the elevator. It worked but wouldn’t come up to our floor when pushing the button. Not the owners fault. And they graciously gave us a partial refund for our trouble. I would strongly encourage anyone to reserve this unit when visiting New SmyrnaBeach.

Delightful home-away

Beautiful location, right on the Atlantic Ocean. Quiet and away from crowds and traffic. Driving on beach where condo is located is not allowed. Sunrises to appreciate, and even views of the sunset over the intercoastal. Easy access to area restaurants. Condo is exceptionally well appointed! Would definitely go back to this condo.

Very Nice 3 Bedroom Condo

Rental unit was just as described. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It is situated very close to the beach and had a nice balcony to enjoy the view. Owner had also decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch. The 3 full bathrooms were all quite nice and had obviously been updated. Only minor negative is beach is very narrow in front of condo; in fact, it disappears at high tide.

Beautiful, well stocked oceanfront condo w/ amazing views. Owners are very responsive and helpful. Loved that we could take a short walk to watch the manatees and dolphins in the intercoastal. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful Condo, Amazing Location

The condo beautiful! The views from the balcony are amazing, you can sit and relax whilst watching the sun rise over the ocean. It is clean and spacious and the wonderful owners have made sure that anything you might need is available. The beach is right outside and is very quiet but if you want to be near a lifeguard there is one situated 100m up the beach. There is a great restaurant 5 minutes walk from the condo (JB's) and if you want to try other places to eat, it's a short drive to Flagler Ave or it is very easy to get an Uber/Lyft if you prefer. We found no negatives at all about this condo and would not hesitate to recommend. We will definitely be booking again when we return.
