During your visit in New Smyrna Beach you can choose to prepare a home-cooked meal or indulge in many of our amazing restaurants. These include Norwood's fancy treehouse, Limoncello, Flagler Tavern, JB's Fish camp and the famous The Garlic as featured on the Food Network. If you prefer to enjoy your family favorites without having to go out for dinner, a fully equipped kitchen for making your home-cooked dinner is ready for you. You will find a stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, toaster, crock pot, an abundance of pots and pans, casserole dishes, colander, various cooking utensils, wine glasses and corkscrew. It offers your choice of Keurig or traditional coffee maker. The counter space has an open concept to allow you to view the TV in the living area and interact with your guests while preparing food and drinks. If you prefer to grill, there is a gas BBQ grill out by the pool with a beautiful ocean view. The living room provides two ample sofas with one of them being a comfortable queen size sofa bed.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, cable TV, streaming service apps, beach chairs, beach toys, a cooler, some table games and one assigned parking spot. The beach chairs are to be utilized at your own risk.

Basic Toiletries: To ensure that your stay is as relaxing as possible, we will provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, coffee and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, but additional supplies are recommended to ensure you are set for the rest of your stay.
