The living room features a comfortable leather couch and two leather armchairs, inviting you to unwind and relax. While a 55" Smart TV with DVR and a DVD player is available, the mesmerizing ocean view right outside your window will likely steal your attention.

There are security cameras inside and outside the building facing public areas only. There are none inside the apartments.
Guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. Please use the designated smoking area at the property if you must smoke. Also, the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will incur a $500 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests must adhere to the building and pool rules as well.
