When you're ready for the beach, simply walk down your private stairs and step onto the sand. After swimming, surfing, or walking the shoreline, rinse off beneath the convenient outdoor shower.

Inside, the home offers a comfortable coastal setting with plenty of room for families and friends. The ocean-view primary bedroom opens onto the balcony and includes its own sitting area and Smart TV. Additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for adults and children, while the abundant ocean views make it easy to enjoy the scenery even while relaxing indoors.

The kitchen includes full-size appliances, ample cabinet space, and a large island for preparing meals or gathering together. After a day at the beach, relax in the living room and stream your favorite movies and shows on the Smart TV. An in-home washer and dryer make longer visits and sandy beach days even more convenient.

Unlike many oceanfront properties, A-Frame in the Sand offers parking for multiple vehicles along with dedicated trailer parking—ideal for guests bringing extra beach equipment, motorcycles, or a trailer. Small dogs are also welcome, so your four-legged family member can join the vacation.
