« Check in time was at 4. We arrived at 5 and the host was still there folding towels. Upon walking into the house, we could smell a strong air freshener smell which became overwhelming all throughout the house. The couches smelled strongly like Frebreze along with the blankets and towels. The sheets were stained and wrinkled. The refrigerator door had a very loud “pop” when opened and closed. « We had a great stay at the Chalet. It was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped and the furnishings were very inviting. The Chalet is a quick 10-15 minute drive from all the dining and shopping in Jim Thorpe. We went back and forth a few times and it was super easy. Would definitely recommend staying here! We'll be back in the warmer (less icey) weather to do some hiking and more exploring! »

« We really enjoyed our stay! Beds were super comfortable, check-in quick and easy, Plenty of room for my extended family to visit and spend time together! We traveled with a 4 yr old who enjoyed the video games and a 1 yr old, having a high chair and bassinet available was amazing! Overall house was huge, clean and we enjoyed our time there. « Great property in a private community about 5 miles up the hill from downtown Jim Thorpe. Community features a pool, lake, pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts all of which are about a 5 minute walk from the house. We rented the six person golf cart that was at the house as well which was good for getting kids and the dog around.The backyard was great for hanging out with a fire pit, sauna, and hot tub.
