The property offers two bedrooms comprising a double and a 2'6" twin, along with a shower room featuring a shower, basin and WC. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire and individually controlled electric radiators. Amenities include electric central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and access to an on-site shared coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer. Entertainment is provided with a TV with Freeview and DVD player. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Outside, there is an enclosed veranda with furniture, designated off-road parking for 1 car, and access to the holiday park's communal grounds and woodland walk. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a dedicated dog shower and gated dog exercise area known as "WOOFLANDS" available on site. Sorry, no smoking. Local amenities including a shop and pub can be found 0.7 miles away, while the beach is 1.2 miles from the lodge. Note: The lodge is accessed via three steps.
