We feature two private bedrooms, the first furnished with a plush queen bed and the second featuring a queen bed and a single bed to accommodate various group sizes. Two full bathrooms ensure plenty of convenience for all guests. Additional highlights include a dedicated laundry room and a welcoming dining area for shared meals. Outside, you can enjoy the peaceful pond view or take our complimentary golf cart for a fun cruise around the neighborhood. Bedroom one features a comfortable queen bed for a restful night. Bedroom two is versatile with a queen bed and a single bed. The kitchen provides modern appliances for your cooking convenience. Two full bathrooms are stocked with essentials. The laundry room includes a washer for your laundry needs. The exterior space offers a relaxing pond view and a golf cart for local adventures.



Guest Access:

As our guest, you have full private access to the entire two bedroom house. You are welcome to enjoy the cozy living room, the fully equipped kitchen, and the dedicated dining area. Getting Around:

Getting around is a breeze during your stay. We provide a complimentary golf cart for your local adventures, making it easy to zip over to historic downtown New Port Richey in just five minutes. For those arriving by air, Tampa International Airport is approximately a forty five minute drive from the property. While having a personal vehicle is recommended for exploring the wider Florida region, the neighborhood is very accessible and perfect for leisurely travel. Please note that public transit options are limited in this area, so we suggest planning your regional excursions accordingly.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please note that check in begins at 15:00 and check out is required by 11:00. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and is required to sign a rental agreement and complete an identity verification process including a government issued ID and selfie immediately after booking. A refundable damage hold of 200 dollars will be placed on your payment method two days before your arrival and released within seven business days after departure provided no damages occur. We welcome up to two dogs for an additional fee, though guests with service animals must contact us in advance for registration. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, and the maximum occupancy of eight guests must be strictly maintained. Parties and events are not permitted. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home a peaceful retreat.
