This home is 2000 square feet is located on a 200 food wide canal which is about a 5 minute idle to Gulf of Mexico along the north channel of the Gulf Harbors community in New Port Richey, FL. There are 3 kayaks a canoe and a paddleboard on site for you to take at your leisure and enjoy the beautiful scenery that the Gulf of Mexico has to offer.

We offer a large pool, large floating dock for you to utilize with your boat, or you can rent one nearby. From our dock you are less than 5 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. There is a boat ramp nearby if you choose to bring your own boat. Boat rental available on the north channel that will deliver a boat directly to the dock. Enjoy fishing, going to the the sand bar, restaurants on the water, and island hopping. Don't have a boat? Fishing from the dock is excellent as well.

In addition to numerous local restaurants, golf courses, stores, and attractions, we are only a few minutes away from Tarpon Springs, Tampa, and Clearwater Beach. Green Key Beach is a 5 minute car ride away that offers luxurious beautiful sun set views. Pontoon rentals are available close by as well as captained pontoon charters. Fishing in the area is incredible both inshore and offshore. We have several charter companies to choose from and can help to coordinate a trip for you and your guests.

The principal suite features a sitting area, fireplace and a twin trundle bed. The principal suite also has large sliders out to the patio and pool deck as well as a bay window view of the large canal. The 2nd bedroom combines with the main bath as second principal and has a futon for sitting or an extra sleeping area. The third bedroom also has its own full bath to make the stay comfortable for all guests. Our home also has an oversized 2-car garage with an electric opener. A patio fence encloses the pool area to provide privacy while preserving your great views from the pool and home.

We often see all types of wildlife from the back yard including dolphins, manatee, tarpon, sea turtles and several species of birds. The home is a day trip away from several great locations including Crystal River, Weekiwachee springs, Clearwater beach and Disney.
The Tampa international airport is about 30 miles from the house and transportation is available from a local company.
