Upstairs, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a full-sized dining table with cozy booth seating, and a spacious lounge with a sofa bed for two extra guests, plus a 50-inch TV with 50+ Sky channels. Downstairs, there are two separate bedrooms, each with its own 42-inch TV. 

The rooms can be set up as a king and super king, or the super king can be converted into two singles if preferred. 

The beautiful bathroom features a tiled shower with both a regular shower head and a rain head, along with a luxurious spa bath. Additional perks include off-street parking, unlimited WiFi, and a washer/dryer.

Next door, you’ll find Home Love & Mette K, a charming home interiors store with fantastic coffee. Start your day with breakfast at The Coffee Club, enjoy a swim at Fitzroy Beach, or explore the award-winning Coastal Walkway. All Mellow Management properties come stocked with essentials such as coffee, tea, milk, cooking oil, salt, pepper, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. 

The apartment has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, but if you need a hairdryer, please bring your own as it’s not provided.

Spare Bed Use:

If you require use of the spare bed during your stay, a $50 fee will apply. Please let us know in advance if you would like the spare bed prepared.
