Designed to be a true home from home, Seascape Chalet is a bright, airy and welcoming family holiday home set on a quiet residential street.

Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break, the house offers open plan living with a large seating area – ideal for family fun or for a big group to celebrate a special occasion. Complete with TV, and a stunning fireplace, the living room is a relaxing haven to return to after a day exploring the local attractions with sandy feet :)

The property has five generously sizedbedrooms, a large kitchen-diner, a small playroom and a well-maintained private garden with patio.

The brand new navy and white countryside modern kitchen has a large island – perfect for entertaining – and is bright, stylish and practical.

Equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and lots of high-quality crockery and utensils, it is a wonderful space to enjoy.

Likewise, the dining area seats 12 so there is plenty of space for everyone to sit and enjoy a meal together.

If you are staying with children you can make the most of your very own playroom that comes well-stocked with books and toys for a range of ages and games console.

This includes a selection of eco-friendly wooden toys, board games for all the family to enjoy, board and paper books, games console, puzzles and more. We can also provide highchairs, an infant travel cot, a bottle steriliser, baby bath, toddler steps, toddler toilet seats, child-friendly crockery with prior notice.

Out and about you’ll find Seascape Chalet perfectly located to make the most of this beautiful spot on the southern edge of the New Forest National Park, a stone’s throw from the sand and shingle of Barton on sea beach.

Other things to note
Policy Update

Please note the following policies for bookings:

1. No Hen Parties or stag parties: We are not accepting any further bookings for hen or
Stag groups of any kind.

2. Groups under the age of 25 will not be permitted.

3. Noise Policy: We maintain a strict noise policy and ask guests to be respectful or neighbours. Any excessively noisy groups will be asked to leave the property.

Breach of any of the above could result in immediate termination.

These measures are in place to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests and our community. Thank you for your understanding.
