« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. « Fruit was tingling while eating it breakfast otherwise was lack luster, shower in room leaked and got the room carpet wet. Could hear everything in the hall very well in the room. No bar at poolside as advertised. Staff not friendly. Will not stay again. Also ignored my messages to them for like 2 wks, still ignoring them. »
