We want your stay at Eva Blue Manor to be enjoyable, safe, and relaxing. To ensure a great experience for you and future guests—and to respect our home and community—please follow these house rules:

🔇 Quiet Hours:
Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This helps maintain a peaceful environment for everyone in the neighborhood.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Indoors:
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home. You may smoke outside in designated areas—please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

🐾 Pet Policy:
No pets are allowed. Exceptions are made for certified service animals, in accordance with Airbnb policy.

👥 Guest & Visitor Policy:

Maximum overnight occupancy is 9 guests

All overnight guests must be registered at the time of booking

Daytime visitors are allowed with prior notice and approval

Visitors must follow all house rules and may not stay overnight

🎉 Strict No Party Policy:
Parties are strictly forbidden. Eva Blue Manor is for registered guests and approved visitors only.
If this rule is violated, it may result in:

Immediate cancellation of your stay

Fines

Legal action

🧼 Cleanliness Expectations:
Before checkout, we kindly ask that you:

Wash any used dishes

Take out trash and recycling to the outdoor bins provided

Strip used beds and place sheets and pillowcases in the laundry baskets

Place used towels in the laundry baskets as well
These small steps help us prepare the home for the next guests and are greatly appreciated!

🚗 Parking:
Parking is available in the driveway only. Do not block neighboring driveways or park on the lawn.

🪑 Furniture:
Please do not move or rearrange furniture without prior approval. This prevents accidental damage to the home.

🥤 Food & Drinks in Bedrooms:
To help keep the bedrooms clean and pest-free, no food or drinks are allowed in sleeping areas.

💡 Energy Conservation:
Help us be environmentally responsible by turning off lights, electronics, and air conditioning/heating when not in use or when leaving the home.

🛁 Hot Tub Rules:

No glass in or around the hot tub — use plastic cups only

Shower before use to maintain water cleanliness

No soaps, oils, or bubbles allowed in the water

Children must be supervised at all times

Cover the hot tub when not in use to retain heat and keep it clean

Use the hot tub respectfully and at your own risk
