Spacious Stay Downtown New Haven

This bright and super local two bedroom apartment is ideal for anyone who want to explore New Haven with the ease of having everything (Yale University, New Haven Green, New Haven Union Station, Yale School of Medicine, New Haven Museum, and local shops) within walking distance. The space is designed to be convenient with flair and our fully equipped unit offer the opportunity to feel like home while traveling - in true Airbnb spirit!

You will have the whole two bedroom apartment for yourself when booking. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed with a very comfortable foam mattress as well as desks for any WFH kind of needs. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, an accent chair and a smart TV for a relaxing stay-ins. You will have the option of dining at home with a kitchen complete with all amenities you might need.

Parking is available next door for an hourly/daily fee.

You will get a lockbox code which holds the two keys to give you access to your destination. There is an additional set of keys inside for your company.

Conveniently located in the heart of New Haven; two blocks from the New Haven green and walking distance to both the train station, local stores and museums, as well as the Yale Universities.

The neighborhood is busy and big city like with a ton of restaurants - but charming as a small town with architecture to admire and local mom and pop shops.

Most everything is available by foot and we can highly recommend a stroll through the city, the university town and old Yale. See our guide for more details on things to see and do around the city!

The space is not made child proof and no specific child amenities are provided.

Parking is available next door for an hourly/daily fee.
Metered street parking is available by posted rules (usually at no cost over night).
We do NOT accept the following at any of our properties:
- Parties or events
- Noise after 10PM (quiet hours are 10PM-7AM)
- Any commercial activities (such as photo shoots or productions)
- Pets
- Use of paint or dye (including hair dye and paints that stain)

Guests breaking these rules are liable for the fees inquired by their actions for third party vendors to clean/fix the space.
