Free street parking is available on and around Wooster St, subject to posted time limits during the day. Please check street signage for current restrictions — parking is generally easier to find in the evening/overnight.

The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very walkable any time of day. At night it becomes very peaceful as it's off the beaten path and the restaurants aren't open too late.

✔ Pets: All pets under 60 pounds are welcome with prior approval. The pet fee is $150 per pet, per stay.

**GUEST GUIDELINES**

✔ Report any issues within 24 hours of arrival.
✔ Unauthorized early check-in/late checkout incurs a fee equal to peak nightly rate.
✔ Cancellations and refunds follow platform policies.
✔ Do not move or remove furniture, décor, or electronics—damages will be charged.
✔ We recommend travel insurance. Refunds aren’t guaranteed during outages or severe weather.
✔ Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM. Neighbor complaints may lead to termination without refund.
