Appartement à louer à New Haven

« The property is clean and in a great location. It is close to the Yale campus, right next door to a CVS and walking distance from cafes and restaurants. The bed was not very comfortable but the shower was great. There were parties in the building on both nights but it’s a college campus. I had a few issues that I think the host can fix to make this a better experience: 1. Fix the lock box situation. I was not able to get the key from the box because the code given did not work. Thankfully the...

« We stayed for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and has all the amenities you could need. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only drawback was the security deposit. The full amount was charged to my card instead of being placed on hold, which is what I would normally expect. I now have to wait for the refund to be processed and returned to my card. »

« Very comfortable stay! »

« Great location to visit Yale. Pictures represent the unit well. »

« Great spot close to everything with a secure entrance to the building. Easy access to the unit Quick responses and good communication from the host. Great unit with lots of amenities! Definitely would stay here again and again!! »

« Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Any concerns we had were quickly addressed. The host even mailed an item we left behind. Thank you and we would book again if we return to the area »

« Should be more specific about the option to park on the property. I had to park a long ways away and only afterwards once I got into the apartment I saw the pass that I could’ve parked on the premises. »

« good . »

« The Penthouse was a wonderful place - clean, complete with amenities, and very quiet. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in! The apartment's central location to the shops and restaurants on Orange Street/State Street makes it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy all the best that New Haven has to offer by foot. The host was also kind and responsive. I will come back! »

« Very old house, but clean, cozy and nice location for visiting Yale. »

« Booked 16 months in advance for my daughter's graduation, but owner never sent me check in instructions and ghosted me when I followed up. It was a devastating and stressful experience for what should have been a wonderful weekend. »

« Clean and new »

« The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. »

« The “gym” did not have the weights that were shown in the picture. There are some general repairs that need done on the property such as patching and painting. »

« I was too busy with work but there weee major things that after letting them know no one came to address issue was the very loud dishwasher couldn’t run during day would I trust my zoom and at night could not sleep or even watch TV so loud. At this time I am requesting money back since I had to order food since didn’t want to get dishes dirty not being able to wash. They stated that someone would contact me to discuss. »

« The property is immaculate and the service very responsive. »

« The unit is spacious with 3 full bedrooms. It is very tastefully decorated, and well appointed with everything you will need. It was extremely clean when we arrived. The location is excellent. So many cute walkable eateries nearby, and the neighborhood is lovely. We had a delightful walk in East Rock Park.Noise sensitive guests should be aware that there are neighbors upstairs. You will hear them talking in the back stairway and walking around overhead. This is normal for the type of historic...

« My only constructive thought on the property would be to add some sitting in the living room. I happened to be there with my ex wife, so that part was interesting. A cheap chair would do.The loft area is difficult to navigate as a tall man, but I get that it needs to be used. The unit next door had a Halloween party with intense drinking, but it is a college town and did not interrupt us. The property was very clean, which is why I gave it 5 stars. Thank you for everything, my thoughts are...
