« We stayed for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and has all the amenities you could need. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only drawback was the security deposit. The full amount was charged to my card instead of being placed on hold, which is what I would normally expect. I now have to wait for the refund to be processed and returned to my card. »

« The property management team that manage this room were very responsive and attentive. The room was very clean, accommodating, renovated and thoughtful. Comfortable bed and liked having control of A/C or Heat and an extra space heater. Having an updated bathroom and full kitchen was great. « Check in automated, but the key box was broken and it took me 30 on the phone with IT to get the keys. When I entered the apartment a water leak in the city had destroyed a chunk of the ceiling and there was a mess of drywall and dirty water on the floor.
