« The property is incredible, newly remodeled and updated. If you can’t do or don’t like stairs then you may need to look somewhere else. We knew there were stairs when booking and they did not scare us away. Close to Mizzou campus and right off broadway. Worked perfect for us! »

« Very nice property, newly renovated, clean, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths so plenty of space for peeps and getting ready. The one thing to note is that you should be prepared to carry luggage up 2-3 long flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms. Not an issue for us but could be with people with ambulation issues. »

« We wanted to comfortable Place to spend the night that was near downtown and Mizzou. The location set up and price made it very compelling versus hotel options. The property is very nice although as mentioned previously, there are a lot of stairs if that could be a potential issue for your party. Nick went above and beyond post our stay as we discovered my son left some thing at the property. He was very prompt in his communication. We hope to get the opportunity to stay there again. »
