The Sunset House enjoys a prime location on a tranquil side road, with Lake Michigan visible from the front yard, a nine-hole golf course around the corner, and a great playground with an expansive grassy field, basketball courts, tennis courts within walking distance. Inside, this renovated home is comfortable and up to date, offering such comforts as a washer/dryer for the day's swimsuits, high-speed WiFi for streaming, air conditioning, and flatscreen TVs in both of the living rooms and all of the bedrooms. The main-level living space is wonderful for mingling, bringing together a sunny living room with a fireplace, a six-person dining room table, and a full kitchen with cheerful yellow cabinetry and stainless steel appliances (including a French-door refrigerator and a dishwasher). There's a Weber gas grill outside to assist with afternoon barbecues, a screened-in porch off the dining room where you can relax both morning and evening, and a second living area downstairs that's great for kids.
