Spacious, Thoughtfully Designed for Groups of Friends and Family
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, this home spans three levels, each offering unique spaces to unwind and connect. The lower garden level features two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the other with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin trundle, perfect for families. This level also includes a cozy family room with a TV, a shared full bath, and one of the home’s two laundry rooms for added convenience.

On the second floor, the open-concept kitchen with top-of-the-line Wolf appliances is the heart of the home, ideal for cooking and entertaining. Enjoy family meals in the dining area, unwind in the family tv room or relax in the living area with gorgeous lake views. A cozy office bedroom with a twin daybed and a full bathroom complete this level.

The third floor is home to a luxurious primary bedroom suite with a king bed, as well as two additional queen bedrooms that share a full bath. Another laundry area on this level adds to the convenience of your stay.

Outdoor Oasis
The private outdoor space is a fine complement to this exceptional home. Unwind in the swim spa pool (15' x 9', 85 degrees), or rinse off after a beach day in the outdoor shower. Gather around the fire pit  and enjoy enjoy meals in the spacious outdoor dining area.

Beach Access
The most important question of all! Black Pearl comes with access to Sturgeon Beach, which is a private HOA beach just for this cute lakefront neighborhood. The beach access path begins 400 feet north of your rental home, this beach is truly just steps away! 

Parking
Parking for four cars in the driveway. Please note that street parking is never allowed in Sturgeon Beach.

Hot tub
The hot tub is professionally serviced weekly, checked again prior to your arrival and is open all year!

Coffee Makers
Keurig, drip coffee maker and built-in Wolf espresso maker (bring some Nespresso virtuo capsules)

Televisions
One smart TV in the garden level family room and one in the main level family room. Comcast Xfinity cable is set up as well as high-speed wireless internet that is great for streaming. 

Grilling and chilling
There is a propane grill in the backyard, the propane is supplied for you.
