Outdoor areas are monitored by video cameras in compliance with city and county short-term rental requirements. Accidental damage protection up to $1,500 is included.

Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in termination of the stay

A starter pack of amenities is provided. No perishables, including salt and pepper, are provided.

An electronic rental agreement must be completed and signed prior to arrival. A valid photo ID is also required as part of the verification process.
