• 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐝-𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: Third-party bookings must be disclosed and approved by the host in advance. Business and contractor stays are welcome with prior approval.

• 𝐍𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠; outside only (backyard preferred). Use the ashtray in the backyard and fully extinguish butts.

• 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐡/𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠: No need to move bins to the curb — our maintenance team handles pickup days. The bins are located beside the garage in front of the house. This helps us stay organized and on schedule!
