Welcome to Bluebonnet Poolside Paradise at Waterwheel Resort Condominiums on the beautiful Guadalupe River in New Braunfels, Texas. This is K102, Waterwheel's LARGE-FORMAT 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor condo with a KING master suite and a patio that opens directly to the heated pool and hot tub. No stairs. No elevator. Just step outside and you're there.

THE SPACE
This is NOT a standard Waterwheel 2BD. K102 features a larger floor plan — you'll feel it the moment you walk in. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is genuinely spacious: full leather sofa, recliner, flat-screen TV, and a breakfast bar with barstools that keeps the cook in the conversation. The kitchen is FULLY EQUIPPED — full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker — and an in-unit stacked washer/dryer means you can pack light.

THE BEDROOMS
The KING master suite is the crown jewel — oversized, beautifully furnished with a full matching wood set, dual nightstands, and an en-suite tub/shower combo. The second bedroom fits 2 DOUBLE BEDS comfortably, perfect for kids or extra guests, with a hall bathroom with walk-in shower. SLEEPS 6 total with the living room sofa bed.
