This fabulous ground floor 3/2 condo at Camp Warnecke Estates is on the banks of the beautiful Comal River; across the street from Schlitterbahn; an easy walk to the downtown shops, bars and restaurants. The perfect location for your family vacation. This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooks the crystal clear Comal River. Enjoy Schlitterbahn located just across the street, float the Comal River and get out just steps away from your own backdoor or walk up to the Garden St. Bridge for a soothing 30 minutes of “Cruising down the River” – perfect for the little ones. Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up in the parking lot next to Camp Warnecke between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that date range, the Rockin' R shop is located only .5 miles away. Enjoy the pool and hot tub or explore the beautiful Hill Country. So many things to do you’ll want to stay forever!
The fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home opens into the dining and living area. The dining table seats 8 and there is room for 2 more at the breakfast bar. The living room provides a fabulous view of the river and is perfect for gathering to play games or for watching TV, and in the evening the couch folds out into a sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with walk in shower. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors that open to the patio overlooking the river. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, with flat screen TV and the third bedroom has 2 twin over twin bunk beds. The guest bathroom is conveniently located near the second and third bedrooms. Spend your evenings on the beautiful balcony overlooking the Comal River after a long day of tubing or just relax and enjoy the amazing view! All linens are furnished.
Only two parking passes provided with one guaranteed numbered spot. The second parking pass is for general parking and is 'first come first served.' This condo is on the ground floor. The host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Guests will also be provided with 10 wristbands (max amount allowed). No pets allowed. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** The condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex has laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!

This is the perfect location for pick up from the river or you can walk from the last public exit to this place with no problem. It is right there! You can also walk to the bridge and put in there for a shorter float. Perfect location to get out and run up to this place and then back in to finish the float if you wanted to. The location is perfect.

My family and I rent condos from New Braunfels Escapes for several years now. They are so easy to work with and easy to reach. Comal Vista c113 was a very clean unit. Teh beds were comfortable, the kitchen well supplied and checkout was easy. The master bedroom shower floor was very slippery even with the floor mat. The patio was very large with a beautiful view of the river. The unit was on the opposite side of the property from the pool, where we spent a large amount of time. I was not impressed with the river entrance. very small and the water was deep at that particular spot. Went to Schlitterbaun the day of our arrival, way too expensive for the number of people and the length of time we had to wait to get on a water ride was ridiculous. And that was in the middle of the week. Di's pizza was a short walk from the condo and the pizza was great.

We have stayed at Camp Warnecke many times. In several different condos. It is the best place to stay. We have never been disappointed until this trip. The condo and river were perfect. We were very unhappy with the leasing company. We have always been given an access code to enter before we got there and are instructions, wrist wands and parking passes were in the condo. This leasing company (New Braunfels Escape) made us drive out of our way to their office to pick up everything and we had to return the wrist bands to their office when we left. They would not let us leave them in the condo. They also charge $100 per wrist band if you lose one in the river. You can buy a cheap rubber wrist band that looks like these in gift shops for under $2. The Leasing company needs to be more accommodating to people as we have to drive along way to stay here, and we have other choices. I give the Condo an A+ and I give the Leasing company an F. Stop being lazy and provide better service to your customers.
