This thoughtfully designed ground-floor condo is an easy home base for time on the Oregon coast, with the beach just steps away and Hawk Creek running directly behind the property on its way to the ocean.

The condo includes a private bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room with a pullout sofa, and a private deck. Both the bedroom and living room look toward the creek and beach beyond.

The kitchen is stocked for actually cooking, with cookware, pantry basics, and plenty of coffee options, whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading out or staying in for dinner.

In the living room, settle in beside the large electric fireplace for a movie night, with streaming and a collection of DVDs available. Large windows keep the creek and surrounding greenery in view, while the sound of flowing water, birds, and distant surf carries in from outside.

Step onto the private deck and you're just a few feet from Hawk Creek. It's a lovely spot for morning coffee, reading, or listening to the water before wandering down to the beach.

The building also offers a shared outdoor grill and communal laundry rooms for guest use.

You're in the heart of tiny Neskowin, within an easy walk of the beach and Proposal Rock, as well as Hawk Creek Cafe and Neskowin Provisions for coffee, groceries, pizza, and other essentials.

Guests have private access to the entire ground-floor condo, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and creekside deck.

The condo is ground level with no stairs, and parking is available within the condo complex.

Beach access is just around the corner from the building. From there, you can walk directly onto Neskowin Beach, with Proposal Rock and miles of shoreline easily reached on foot.

The shared laundry room is conveniently located next door, and guests also have access to the complex's communal outdoor grill.

We’ll give you plenty of privacy during your stay, but we’re close by and available if you need us.

This is a ground-floor condo in a shared building. While it is generally quiet, you may occasionally hear normal activity from neighboring units.

The kitchen does not have a dishwasher, but dish soap, a drying rack, and other essentials are provided for hand-washing.

Being this close to the creek and ocean means the coastal environment is very much part of the experience. You may notice natural humidity, hear frogs and birds in the evenings, and often hear the surf beyond the trees.

The kitchen is stocked with everyday cooking basics, but if a particular ingredient or specialty item is important to your plans, we recommend bringing it with you.
