One of the most memorable views in Neskowin awaits you and your loved ones at this oceanfront escape, beautifully situated on the banks of Kiwanda Cree! You'll be mere steps from Proposal Rock, the Neskowin Ghost Forest, and delicious dining.

This condo sits on the second floor of the Proposal Rock Inn, the oceanfront grounds of which include a gas grill for guest use, an on-site laundromat, and gorgeous views of the creek, the Pacific Ocean, and iconic Proposal Rock itself. Stroll across the creek to take sunrise and sunset strolls on the sand each day.

Begin each morning on your covered balcony, a wonderful spot to sip a mug of coffee, listen to the cries of passing gulls, and breathe in the fresh sea air. The condo's interior is smartly laid out, with such at-home conveniences as complimentary WiFi and cable TVs. Enjoy the light-filled living room and the well-equipped kitchen adorned with all of the essentials. There are even two full bathrooms - one for the bedroom and one for the additional sleeping space in the living room.

Whether it's traveling south to Chinook Winds Casino in Lincoln City or the Devil's Punchbowl at Otter Rock or driving north to Haystack Rock in Pacific City or the Tillamook Cheese Factory, there is a never-ending list of activities to explore. When your sightseeing activities are over and it's time to relax, sit down with a good book and a glass of wine in hand as your eventful evening comes to an end.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, with the beach and Proposal Rock right in front of the property. My dogs and I particularly enjoyed the walks. The restaurant adjacent to the property offers excellent food and ice cream, including vegan options. There is also a small market with snacks and beach necessities. As it shows in the property description pictures, it is not a brand-new place, but it has all the essentials. There are plenty of dishes, cookware, towels, soaps, toilet paper, games—you name it. They provide an abundance of supplies, which we greatly appreciated. There are two areas for improvement. First, the front door code seemed to reset every night. The code did not work on both evenings of our stay. Fortunately, I had a family member in the unit, so it was not a major issue, but it was inconvenient. (When I texted the issue to the local host team, they responded and resolved the issue right a way) Second, while the property appeared clean and neat overall, it lacked detailed cleaning. I loved that this property allows pets, and I enjoyed staying there with my four-legged companions. However, because they allow dogs, the cleaning crew should be extra careful and make sure that all the bedsheets and blankets including the extras in the closet are perfectly clean for new guests every time.

Neskowin- more like Nes-GO-WIN!!

Neskowin is a beautiful area! The beaches are nice and not crowded. We saw seals and pelicans. The place we stayed was nice. It says pet-friendly, but it could be more so. The pet area is right next to the higway and not well-lit. The railing on the deck does not come all the way down, leaving quite a large gap. Yes, there is a sign telling visitors to not leave pets unattended on the deck. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot. Location was great!

It was disappointing for several reasons. The bathroom smelled of smoke initially and some other bad smell. The code to unlock the door didn't work (people on the phone were helpful once we got through) and we discovered the parking lot was going to be paved while we were staying there. This was difficult, as we have to lug things upstairs in the first place and then we can't park slightly nearby, either. Plus, we don't have access to the beach side of the property. The only other option, really. Not to mention the asphalt smell, etc. It just wasn't really that clean. I've stayed in Neskowin before and I just can't recommend this place. I wanted to like it, and I am not super picky, it just was icky.

A lot of things could be updated in this unit. It was so muggy that all the linens/towels felt slightly damp. The view is of the river & houses across the river. The 'partial ocean view' is only if you're on the balcony looking down river. The location by the restaurant and beach access was nice.

Interrupted stay

Due to my husband having to be transported to the Salem Hospital we didn’t really get to enjoy the unit. From what little time we had there we loved the space and the 2 bathrooms and it was stocked nicely. Didn’t talk to the property manager. Not one was around.
