The Accommodation – Style and Comfort on Two Levels
Capacity : Up to 5 guests (4 adults + 1 extra bed, possibility of travel cot for infants when booking).
Bedrooms : 2 bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds (can be pushed together to make a double bed).
Beds : 4 beds + 1 extra bed.
Bathroom : 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with shower/bathtub) + a separate toilet on the upper floor.
Casa Zinnia welcomes you through a beautiful iron gate to a private roof terrace , equipped with sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue – perfect for sunny days and evenings under the stars. A dedicated parking space for a normal-sized car is inside the gate, and free street markings are available outside.
Upper floor : An airy living room with comfortable sofa set, smart TV and dining table for communal meals. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances for everything from breakfast to festive dinners. From here, glass doors lead to a south-east facing balcony with dining area, where you can enjoy the morning sun and views of the pool and glimpses of the Mediterranean Sea. A separate toilet is provided for added convenience.
Lower floor : Two air-conditioned bedrooms, both with access to a second balcony facing south-east – ideal for morning coffee or quiet moments. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds (flexible arrangement). Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom – one with a shower and one with a shower/bath. An extra bed and travel cot for infants are available.
