GRANDE MAISON DANS LA ZONE DU PARADOR AVEC PISCINE ET VUE SUR LA MER À PROXIMITÉ DE BURRIANA ET DE LA VILLE

Cette maison est située dans le quartier Parador toujours populaire qui est situé juste entre la plage de Burriana et le Balcon de Europa. Il faut seulement 5 minutes à pied pour atteindre les deux endroits. La plage la plus proche est à seulement 1 minute à pied.

La piscine commune est à seulement 10 mÚtres de la terrasse privée, ce qui signifie qu'une baignade avant le petit déjeuner ou avant de se coucher sera un must pendant vos vacances. Depuis que l'urbanisation est assez petite, la piscine ne sera presque jamais bondée.

Juste au coin de la rue, il y a d'excellents équipements dont des restaurants, un supermarché avec comptoir de charcuterie et une boulangerie française à seulement 30 mÚtres de la maison proposant du pain frais et des croissants tous les matins. Si vous préférez prendre le petit déjeuner dans un restaurant, il y en a beaucoup dans le quartier.

La maison elle-mĂȘme est situĂ©e dans une communautĂ© fermĂ©e avec un jardin fleuri et une grande piscine commune. Notre terrasse est immĂ©diatement adjacente Ă  la piscine (Ă  environ 5 mĂštres de la piscine). L'ensemble du complexe est trĂšs bien entretenu. Notre maison est frĂ©quemment entretenue et entretenue par notre agent local, Menyber. Tous les meubles et lits sont neufs et de haute qualitĂ©.

La maison est de 101 mÚtres carrés sur trois étages et se compose de:

REZ-DE-CHAUSSÉE
Une cuisine bien équipée avec de nouveaux appareils (réfrigérateur, congélateur, four, micro-ondes, cuisiniÚre, lave-vaisselle) et une machine à café Moccamaster, machine à café Nespresso, chaudiÚre à eau, grille-pain, etc.
Le salon se compose d'un canapé-lit, de deux fauteuils, d'une télévision à écran plat 32 pouces (chaßnes britanniques et scandinaves + chaßnes locales) et d'une table à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à six personnes. Des portes coulissantes, vous atteignez le patio privé et plus loin le jardin commun et la piscine. Le patio a un nouvel auvent qui assombrit l'ensemble de l'unité extérieure privée et fournit également une ombre agréable dans le salon. Sur la terrasse, il y a une table à manger avec six chaises et un barbecue au charbon de bois Weber de 57 cm.
La terrasse fait face au sud-est et offre du soleil jusque tard dans l'aprĂšs-midi.

Au rez-de-chaussée il y a aussi des toilettes avec lavabo et lave-linge.

PREMIER ÉTAGE
Deux chambres et une salle de bain; la premiÚre chambre a un lit double (180 cm) et une grande armoire à portes coulissantes et des tiroirs. Dans la deuxiÚme chambre il y a deux lits simples (2x90 cm) et une armoire. Les deux chambres ont des portes coulissantes qui mÚnent à un balcon français.
Des climatiseurs / radiateurs centraux sont installés dans les deux chambres.
La salle de bain est équipée de toilettes, lavabo et baignoire.

DEUXIÈME ÉTAGE
Voici une chambre avec salle de bain en suite, balcon et terrasse sur le toit.
La chambre a un lit double (180 cm), une armoire et des tiroirs. De la chambre, vous atteignez la salle de bain en suite composée de toilettes, lavabo et douche. De la chambre il y a aussi une porte coulissante qui mÚne au balcon qui fait face au jardin et à la piscine. Sur le balcon, il y a un auvent qui fournit de l'ombre. Il y a aussi une petite table de café et deux chaises.
La chambre au deuxiÚme étage a également un climatiseur / chauffage central installé.
Au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage, il y a aussi une sortie sur une terrasse privĂ©e sur le toit face Ă  la rue avec une vue spectaculaire sur les montagnes et la mer. Sur la terrasse du toit, il y a une nouvelle pergola solaire avec un auvent qui peut ĂȘtre glissĂ© d'avant en arriĂšre pour fournir Ă  la fois le soleil et l'ombre. La terrasse est meublĂ©e d'un grand canapĂ© d'angle et d'une table basse. Pendant la pĂ©riode hivernale, le soleil brille ici du petit matin jusqu'Ă  l'aprĂšs-midi, ce qui en fait l'endroit idĂ©al pour dĂ©guster un verre de sangria ou un thĂ© l'aprĂšs-midi.

Great location

Great location. We have stayed in this small complex numerous times and would recommend. The house is lovely and new downstairs, upstairs requires some TLC.

Great location but property needs some TLC

Pros - Great location for beach, town, shops etc. - Quiet area given the central location - Property positioned right by the pool with a gated terrace - Great size property with modern decor Cons In isolation the following cons aren’t a dealbreaker but given the cost of this property we expected more: - Gate lock to access the property and communal area is broken, meaning you have to put your hand through the gate and turn the key from the opposite side. Fiddly, but not too much of an issue once we realised. We flagged this with Kristian but he said he was already aware. It would have been helpful if he had informed us, arriving with two tired kids and unable to get in for quite some time was stressful - We booked a 2 week stay and no towel or sheet change was scheduled. Only one towel per person was provided for a 2 week stay. We did inform Kristian and he arranged a change. - Requested a cot but no cot sheets/bedding were provided - Webber BBQ on listing is not available - There is an expectation to clean the property before departure; including stripping beds, cleaning floors and bathrooms etc -No sun beds or shaded areas provided around the pool. The lack of shade does make it difficult to stay out in summer months, particularly with children. Generally, this property is in a great location but we felt the overall standard was below expectations given the price; there was a dirty tissue propping up the outside table, no lights working in one of the bedrooms etc.

Great holiday with a small child

Overall impression of the property was great, there was lots of space and the travel cot and high chair provided were perfect. The only thing missing from the listing was the BBQ and some parts of the house were a little tired but this didn't affect our stay. The pool area was lovely and quiet. We have visited Nerja several times but haven't stayed this side of town before and we all felt the location was brilliant.

Great house, but could be even better

We were a party of 7 and the house was well setup to accommodate all of us. The location of the house is great, the gardens/pool and the roof terrace in particular were very enjoyable. However there were a few minor things that could be improved upon, namely... (1)There were a few maintenance things that we notified the property agent (MenyBer) and the owner about, but neither of these were rectified during our stay. (2) There were no chairs/loungers for use round the pool, perhaps that's to be expected in shared grounds? (3) The bed sheets were showing their age and could do with being replaced. Otherwsie it was an enjoyable stay and we would consider returning.

Short summary: It was a great stay at nerja. The house was perfect (location, cleanliness,..). Highlight is the pool and the short way to the beach. The owner and the agency are very nice and professionell working. It was a pleasure. We were here with a family (3 kids, 2 adults). Really great.

Great apartment in the center of Nerja

The apartment is spacious, well equipped and nicely furnished which gives it a homely feeling. The roof terrace is magnificent and in addition there is a balcony and a ground level terrace facing the pool area. The location is right in the middle of the city center but still quiet and secluded around the pool and garden area. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. You do not need a car but there is a good rental agency around the corner if you want to explore the surroundings. We spent three weeks here in November and for parts of our stay the weather was a bit chilly but the apartment had good heating so we were quite comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and can truly recommend this apartment!

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Lage ist perfekt um schnell zum Strand und in das Zentrum zu kommen. Einen Parkplatz zu finden ist nicht immer ganz einfach, aber letztlich haben wir immer einen in akzeptabler Entfernung gefunden. Besonders genossen haben wir die Abende auf der Dachterrasse.

Ontspannen familie week in Nerja

Elk jaar komen we de zomer afronden met ons gezin in Nerja. Los Heurtos heeft de ideale ligging , vlak bij het centrum, leuke restaurants en cafĂ©s en het biedt alle ruimte en comfort die zo’n vakantie nodig heeft. Heel fijn!

Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert. Das Haus entspricht zu 100% den Bildern und die KĂŒche ist grandios ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral zum Stadtzentrum und such nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub

Great Place

A very nice place in a great location central to the beach (10 mins walk) and also to the Nerja Square (10 Mins walk). The property was in superb condition and was very clean and tidy. I will probably book this again for next year thats how much we liked it.

SkĂžn bolig og god beliggenhed

Meget meget fin bolig med alt hvad man har brug for - super lĂŠkkert kĂžkken og rigtig gode vĂŠrelser. Boligen ligger tĂŠt pĂ„ nĂŠsten alt - indkĂžb, bager, strand, cafe, shopping, etc. Poolen ligger meget tĂŠt pĂ„ terrassen, hvilket jo er super, og hĂ©r er der en rĂŠkke regler i fĂŠllesomrĂ„det: ingen boldspil - ingen luftmadrasser og badedyr i poolen - ingen "picnic" - udvise stĂžjhensyn, mv. ! INTET af dette blev overholdt af andre gĂŠster, og der var ikke en "pedel" eller lign. som ellers ville kunne hjĂŠlpe med at hĂ„ndhĂŠve dette. Derfor var der ofte meget uro omkring poolen med meget larmende bĂžrn. Heldigvis kunne vi fortrĂŠkke til tagterrassen pĂ„ 2 sal., og godt at stranden var tĂŠt pĂ„ - sĂ„ kunne vi gĂ„ derned :-) Virkelig skĂžn strand med meget varmt sand !!!....HUSK parasol(ler) (findes i boligen) - mad og drikke kan kĂžbes pĂ„ stranden til rimelige priser. PĂ„ stranden er aktiviteter der kan lejes, sĂ„ som vandcykel, "badering" efter speedbĂ„d, havkajak, vandscooter ( 2 pers, pĂ„ Ă©n scooter = 45€ for 15 min) - paragliding efter speedbĂ„d (80€ for 2 pers.) - og sĂ„ er der en kĂŠmpe oppustelig legeborg et stykke ude i vandet :-))) Transport med tog og bus fungere rigtig godt - og taxa er ikke ret dyrt. Husk at besĂžge byen "Frigiliana" som ligger ca. 5 km fra Nerja - helt klart en oplevelse hver - en bilfri by med hyggelige smalle gader. (Taxa dertil ca. 10€) Bestemt en fantastisk ferie hvor vi gerne kommer igen. God ferie - Sydspanien er skĂžn ! :-)

Gut ausgestattetes Haus in zentraler, aber ruhiger Lage und gepflegter Anlage

Wir - Familie mit zwei Kindern - haben eine Woche in Nerja verbracht. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt, vollstĂ€ndig und modern ausgestattet und entspricht den Bildern. Es liegt in ruhiger, aber sehr zentraler Lage. Zum nĂ€chsten Strand sind es 300 m, zum Playa Burriana oder zum Balkon de Europa etwa 10 Gehminuten. Supermarkt, Geldautomat, BĂ€cker und Bars liegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Besonders schön ist die Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Lediglich bei der Parkplatzsuche braucht man - wie ĂŒberall in Nerja - etwas GlĂŒck oder muss ein paar Minuten laufen. Absolut empfehlenswert, der Kontakt zum Vermieter wie auch zur Verwaltung ist unproblematisch und schnell.

The property is clean and well-furnished in an excellent location in Nerja. Easy walking distance to the beaches, restaurants, and other shops. Great bakery (although a little pricey) 30 meters away. On-street parking can be a challenge as the area is quite busy but persistence usually pays off. If no convenient street parking available, a public "for pay" lot is 200 meters away. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The weekly linen service is very efficient. Bathrooms are clean. Water is hot with good pressure. Heating/AC is very efficient and outside airflow with doors open is fantastic. Duvets on beds are down/feathers so those with "feather allergy" should ask for other materials. Beds are comfortable and of a suitable firmness. Lots of pillows available. Kitchen equipment is in good working condition. Security in the apartment and gated community is excellent. I recommend it highly. The facility is an easy ten-minute walk on level ground to Balcon de Europa.

Nice property and complex. Couple of 'bewares' though.

This is a really nice property in a good location on a small, quiet complex surrounding a good sized pool. There are many plusses including a great kitchen, all 3 bedrooms are good so no one has to compromise, good outdoor space with roof and ground level terraces, good air con. Only slight negative is the bathrooms; both need a little cosmetic TLC and the drains need to be sorted so that the water from the showers drains properly. The en suite is also very small but still usable. My only real issues are more about logistics. The first is keys. You have to collect them from somewhere the other side of town and not that easy to find or park, and if you are going to arrive after 2pm you have to phone them and then collect them somewhere different. It's a real pain. Also you have to return them when you leave so you have to allow extra time, and if you have an early flight the office isn't open so you have to risk putting them through the door. This may all sound picky but I've stayed in a lot of properties in Nerja before and always been either sent keys in advance, met at the property or able to collect keys somewhere close by at any time of day. I've never had to take keys back to somewhere nowhere near the property before. More than 1 set of terrace keys would also be handy as this is the easiest way in and out. The second issue is the check in time. I can't see anywhere in the app what the formal check in time is, but we arrived at 4pm and the cleaners had only just started. They were very friendly but spoke no English. Fortunately we speak a small amount of Spanish and determined that they were suggesting they would be 1-2 hours and we should go out for coffee. They had only cleaned the top floor so we had to lug all our bags right up there. When we returned 1.5 hours later they were still not finished. Bearing in mind many flights into Malaga are mornings I think this is rather late to be having the property ready to occupy and if it's normal it should be made clear in the booking info. I feel these issues should be resolvable without too much effort and if they were, or it doesn't bother you, I would definitely recommend the property and complex itself.

Excellent location

The property was in an excellent position to walk into the town and also to the beach. The property was well equipped with everything that you would need for a self catering holiday. The only thing I would mention is that the wardrobe space in the third bedroom was not adequate. It was not a problem for us because we only used two bedrooms, which allowed us to use all three wardrobes. If you was a larger party you would struggle with space. Some cupboards and wardrobe space were locked for the owners use. The property was clean and tidy apart from the white cushions on the roof terrace which were dirty and need replacing. The owner was very helpful with arranging transfer to and from the airport and responded very quickly to my messages. Overall a lovely property in a excellent location.

Great location

Lovely clean, spacious property covering three floors with four balconies including a roof terrace, in a great location between Burriana Beach and Balcon de Europa. The secure garden is well maintained with good lawns and a nice size pool. Plenty of restaurants, pubs and shops in immediate vicinity with Burriana Beach 10 minutes walk in one direction and the town centre 10 minutes in the other direction. Couldn't have asked for more.

pros,,,,Very nice apartment ,comfort, well equipped, nice setting, nice pool, close to beaches, and town nice atmosphere. great weather. cons,,,,. difficult to find, could do with a simple drawn map.. parking is ridiculous if you have a car be prepared to park 20 minutes away. key pick up and drop off is a pain, could be better with meet and great.

Most enjoyable experience.

I have to say our stay was most enjoyable. The accommodation was first class. It was very clean and well equipped except for a hairdryer which we then had to buy. We could have done with an instruction booklet. I know there was one on line but I couldn't get it to print off, so had no instructions for cooker & television. The setting was perfect and it was a well maintained complex. The location was well documented & was easy to find. It was very central, with plenty of restaurants & amenities nearby. I would certainly recommend it to our friends without hesitation & possibly might be returning in 2017. Geraldine Gallagher
