Outside, Villa Joelena has lots to offer with its elegant, sun-drenched terrace that wraps around the back of the villa. The large private swimming pool* is tempting for an afternoon dip, glistening in the Cypriot sun. Flanked with plants and palm trees, the sun loungers are an idyllic spot to laze the day away under the sunshine. Just outside the patio doors is an alfresco dining setup, ideal for tucking into a feast in the warm sea breeze. 
To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 4 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 64cm wide. The path to the pool area is 120cm wide, with 2 steps down. The outside is paved and flat. The pool itself has ladder access. This is a ground floor property however it is compact with a narrow inner hallway. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst the main family bathroom door is 58cm wide.
