Inside, you’ll find warm wood finishes, vaulted ceilings, and all the rustic charm of a forest cabin paired with reliable Starlink Internet, making it easy to stay connected (or unplug completely).
There are three separate units on the property—each with its own private entrance and charm. You’ll occasionally see other guests, but the layout preserves a sense of privacy and calm. If you’re traveling with friends or family, you can rent all three units together for a spacious group retreat under the trees.
Sip your morning coffee on the porch, listen to the wind move through the pines, and end your day stargazing under a sky free of city lights.

Entrance: Up 5 steps to the porch. Unit is all one level after those 5 steps.
Bedrooms: Main Bedroom: King size Bed Second Bedroom: Three Full Size Beds.
Living room: Open concept to the kitchen. Smart TV and dining table with seats for 6.
Kitchen: Open concept to the living room with two bar stools, and an island. Everything you would need to cook a normal meal. Full size Fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove/oven. Normal cookware is at the property.
Exterior: Hot tub near the front door. Parking for one car at the entrance. (Additional parking for extra vehicles and trailers at the bottom of the property. see photos*) Unfenced yard
You will have access to the entire unit and the yard around the entrance to your unit.
There are other units on the property and you will see them when entering the property. We ask that you stay on your area and that other guests do the same thing.
We’re available to help from 7 AM to 10 PM every day via call, text, or message. After hours, we switch to emergency-only mode, phone calls only, please. And fair warning: I’m a heavy sleeper, so you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞
We want you to get exactly what you expect at this property. IF you are expecting a beautiful home in the woods but with neighbors that you can see and potentially hear then you will love it! We have no shared areas at the property but this is an apartment with two other units on the property, you will see and hear fellow travelers at some point during your stay. House Rules
As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while keeping the property safe and in good condition for the owner.
Smoking: No Smoking or aerosolized substances of any kind are allowed on the property. If you are caught violating this rule within 50` of the structure, a minimum of $250 fine will be charged, and the guest will be liable for the total smoke mitigation charges that a professional company charges.

Quiet Hours: Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise under a normal conversation in volume after 9 pm and before 8 am.
General Damages: Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damage and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.
Fire Prevention and Safety: Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners, and portable device chargers.
Other: The space you are booking is for up to 6 people. More people may be allowed in the home ONLY with permission before arrival, but not recommended. No one is allowed in the home not already specified in the booking and approved by the host before starting the stay.
Consumables: We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
Parties: If guests are found to have had a party without host permission guests will be responsible for any extra cleaning charges and Guests will be asked to vacate immediately.
Crime and Drugs: If guests are suspected of breaking laws or storing/selling/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to leave immediately.
Cleaning: Please take the trash out to the outdoor garbage can, and wash your dishes. We will handle everything else; however, if your party leaves the property in poor condition, at the sole discretion of JAckie we may charge additional cleaning fees. This is based on the average condition that a guest leaves the property.
Your cleaning fee covers the cost to disinfect the property between guests, laundry wash/dry/placement, staging the property as it was, cleaning bathrooms, floors, hard surfaces, etc. It does NOT cover anything else, such as mud outside of the entry way, food spills, damage to the property, damaged or stained linens, furniture damage, gouges in flooring, broken items, or anything requiring excessive cleaning. This house should only require 6 hours of cleaning between guests. If it takes longer after your stay, you agree to be charged for the additional time.
