Apartment 405 The Landmark features one beautifully adorned bedroom with a magnificent King bed, providing maximum tranquility for up to two guests. The contemporary bedroom comes with linen and bed making and boasts an ensuite bathroom with a corner spa bath with shower overhead and blow dryer.

Families with babies/toddlers are catered for as well. There is a new port-a-cot and high chair in the unit for parents’ use.

This unit has been recently freshly painted throughout. A new leather couch plus a new plush king bed mattress, including all new Manchester, completes this impressive one bedroom apartment. The 180 degree spectacular water views of the Bay are truly something to enjoy with this unit. (f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
