This well established and popular complex is now hosted by LJ Hooker Nelson Bay Holidays.

This comfortable and cared for privately positioned 2 bedroom apartment with heated pool access is positioned on the ground floor of a small complex of apartments. Located in a prime position, the calm waters of Little beach with walkway access to stunning Shoal Bay.

Marty's at Little Beach is the ideal location for your getaway in Nelson Bay. We are located right at Little Beach, nestled between Nelson Bay Marina and shopping precinct and Shoal Bay - all within walking distance. The gorgeous beaches of the bay are right on your doorstep when you stay at Marty's.
Little Beach has got to be one of the best family-friendly destinations in Australia. Part of Nelson Bay, Little Beach is tucked away between Nelson Bay Beach and Shoal Bay Beach and is just a few minute's drive from either Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay and is perfect for a short break or long relaxing holiday.

Little Beach is a calm water swimming beach with plenty of sand for sandcastle building. There are grassy areas with BBQ's for picnics, a playground for the kids, a boat ramp to launch the boat, a jetty for fishing and protected areas of a marine park for snorkelling and scuba diving.

Little Beach is only a 5 minute drive from the centre of Nelson Bays best attractions, activities, cafes, restaurants, clubs, beaches, shops and supermarkets. Yet you will be far enough away to escape the crowds and relax.

Everything you could want is within walking distance - beaches, cafes, restaurants, the local RSL, football fields, weekend markets, the lighthouse, boat ramp and incredible snorkelling spots.

Pets are NOT welcome at this property.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.

Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.

A $300 Security Deposit (pre - authorisation) is to be held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa.

You can check in anytime between the hours of 3PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8.00 AM.

Disappointing

In our 2 month tour of NSW Marty’s was the most expensive and most disappointing accommodation. Photos have been edited to make it look much nicer than it is. The property is tired, dated and poorly equipped. Mismatched cheap crockery, no oven, grubby sofas, uncomfortable bouncy cheap bed and bedding. Overall poor quality furniture and decor. To make matters worse the pool was literally taken over every day by a large group of teenagers and children from neighbouring accommodation who somehow gained access and were so loud and disruptive that we had to leave the accommodation. All in all we were glad to move on at the end of our stay.

Me and my friends loved the place, quiet area, nice pool, pretty short walking distance to a nearby beach. Easy communication with the host. Highly recommend for families and friends. Will stay there again.

An absolute treat

Our stay at Marty's was fantastic! The location is perfect, with beautiful beaches all around and just a short walk to them. It's ideal for beach walks and exploring the area. The pool area is beautiful, complete with BBQ facilities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation was spotless on arrival, and the process for getting the keys was incredibly easy. Overall, it was a delightful and hassle-free experience. Highly recommend! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was on the ground floor with sunny morning aspect and small courtyard. Easy access to heated pool. Off road parking at front door. Short walk to two beaches and easy drives to most attractions in Pt Stephens
