The charging of any electric vehicles, electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric skateboard, segway or other like devices (Electric Personal Mobility Devices) or the battery for an Electric Personal Mobility Device is Prohibited in this property.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.

A $400 Security Deposit (Pre authorisation) is to be held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa.

Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit is offered. 

All guests are required to complete our secure online guest agreement prior to your arrival. As part of this process, guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's licence) and complete credit card pre-authorization.     
Check in is from 3pm and check out is 10am. This property provides a lockbox entry.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8.00 AM.
