« The hot tub was great! Manager kept it Open an extra 30 minutes for us because we checked in late. »

« We especially thought the staff was great. The maintenance man went out of his way to help. What we didn't like was being placed by a family with two large dogs that howled and barked for a good part of the evening. The walls seemed very thin and we could hear everything. The drapes let in a lot of light at the top so the room was quite light at night. and the bathroom fixtures were starting to rust and the toilet lid was lose until the maintenance man came and fixed it. « GROSS pool and hot tub. There was very visible algae along the pool floor and hot tub sides. Dirty pool deck. Booked a king room with sleeper sofa. Room was very large. There was sadly hair on a bed pillow and clump on the bathroom floor. No shampoo in dispenser. Staff were friendly and there was ample parking. In spite of this, would NOT recommend. »

« Room wasn't very clean - washed down the bathroom door myself before I would touch it. Reserved a double bed room and they over booked so had to accept a room with a pull out couch that was not comfortable in any way. Breakfast was par. A lot of Holiday Inn Express are nice - this one could use an upgrade. »

« We had a great stay. The staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient. The breakfast had a basic but plentiful menu which made it easy to get our kids to eat what was served. This property also had a Casey’s, McDonald’s and a Burger King within walking distance and other restaurants and a Walmart within a short drives distance as well. If we ever need to stay in Bellevue again we know a great place to stay! »

« We were very impressed with the property, check-in was easy and the clerk at the desk was very friendly. The room was incredibly clean, and the king size bed was very comfortable, and I am picky about my mattresses! The AC unit was not too loud and kept good steady temperature, and the parking lot was not noisy at all. I would not hesitate to stay here again. »
