« We had a great stay at Jah Freedom. Steve was a great host and took good care of us. Conveniently located. »

« This location is easy to reach from Negril by West End taxi or by car. The property is spacious, peaceful, and quiet, with a breathtaking ocean view. There’s also a mini market and restaurant right across the road, which is very convenient. My room was very clean and comfortable, with excellent Wi-Fi, a great TV, amazing AC, and a refrigerator. I had a room right in front of the pool, although the pool was closed for cleaning during my stay. There was a small issue with my breakfast not...

« L'emplacement sur les cliffs est de toute beauté. Piscine et terrain bien entretenus. Les bâtiments dans l'ensemble auraient besoin d'un peu d'entretien technique. Nous avons été étonnés de constater que le restaurant et le bar étaient fermés. Ce n'était pas indiqué sur le site Web que ces services étaient fermés durant la basse saison. »

« Clean room nice pool family friendly. Great staff »

« The host thought of everything. There are two rooftop tanks of water if the water goes out. There is a pump if the water pressure is low. The house is backed up by solar system if the power goes off. The host will get anything fixed almost immediately if anything doesn't work as well as it should. »

« Chambre impeccable et personnel très courtois. Le repas au restaurant était excellent »

« My wife and I stayed at the Grand Lido for a week, Sept 15 - 22. We have been there over 15 times in the past. So sorry to learn of the destruction in late Oct 2025 from Hurricane Mellisa. The country and resorts are still getting back to normal. Understanding that our resort was still healing, we gave special leniency to the conditions and service. Our Butler service was excellent! Our room was clean and well stocked. The restaurants were not quite up to par with prior visits, but.... ...

« Nice stay, even though we had a room close to the road so very noisy. The hotel was empty so I don't get why they put us in that room. Beach is nice with the water trampoline. One thing thought, you can't have breakfast before 8h30 minimum. staff arrive at 8h. »
