« Probably first and last stay at this property. The good- 1. Location 2. Complimentary upgrade to a premier room. The bads- 1. Housekeeping services were so bad. We had to call 3-4 times to get mineral water to the room. Multiple follow-ups b/w reception, housekeeping and IRD was so frustrating. 2. IRD was so bad. They cannot provide food at 3 PM and milk for baby at 12 midnight either. We had to order from outside when they had 24/7 restaurant in-house. 3. Check-in delay. We had to wait almost...

« Run down hotel. Bathroom smelled like feces, had cockroaches. Tub was dirty, didn’t drain. Staff and service are good. Restaurant manager needs training. »

« It was inexpensive but can find much better for the same cost in India. This hotel is very bad. Front desk was disorganized and seemed to not have our booking. At the end they tried charging again for the room when we had prepaid with expedia. The rooms were super smelly like moth balls, the bathroom very mouldy, and paint was peeling on walls. Room with a view meant a view of the monorail which was right out our window (and looking at the station). »
